Namaste dear friends!

I welcome you to Shanghai! I don't know anything about Shanghai, mind you. I've never been. But I've been in and out of this airport numerous times, and I thought what better place to film a travelling yoga class than in the airport!

So here you have it. 10 minutes to wake up the body after a long flight, cramped in a plane, breathing recycled air.

I created this class in the hopes that it will bring life back into your body, without the need to put your hands on the floor. It is ideal during a layover, but also for when you arrive to your destination. Also, it would work great before a trip, too!

All around versatile class. Beginners welcome. Advanced yogis welcome. All are welcome. Join me!
