Tbh when I first heard this question, I thought he was going to give a funny answer or crack some jokes with how flirty he usually is with his audiences. Or either some interesting tips to get people attention or win their hearts, which is something I think he must be really good at.

So it was a nice surprise to see him got serious and clearly demarcated the difference between real life vs. online environment, and reminded us to respect people’s boundaries. The way he encourages sincerity and kindness is also heartwarming to hear.

Generally I really like how Vox gives such detailed advice, it’s so considerate and thorough from many aspects. Usually he will consider the position of the questioner first, then the context, cases and possibilities, before finally giving advice and reminders.

Also Vox is sooo right guys, kill the part of yourself that cringes and go ahead to give people a genuine compliment, because you shouldn’t feel cringe when you’re being nice and honest to others-!!! 👊
