There’s Only One Carton Flow Lane Divider Like This…

Quick installation: Carton flow tracks arrive preassembled with our proprietary slotted holders on both the charge and discharge sides. Installation involves two workers, one on each side of the lane. The holder is blue for Dyna-Flo and Dyna-Deck, whereas the holder for Dyna-Flo HD is black.

Custom-designed holders: The holders (brackets) on each end of the tracks are mirrored (turned 180°), ensuring that numbering aligns on both sides of the lane. Each holder is labeled with identical numbering and letters, allowing for easy and precise lane divider installation even when workers are 10 feet apart.

Fold-over divider design: The custom-shaped dividers securely grip the holder, preventing accidental dislodging and ensuring long-term durability for reliable use.
Divider color options—blue, yellow, red, orange, and grey: Color-code your picking application to further boost pick speed and accuracy. The powder coat finish resists scratches, moisture, and chemical damage.
Compatibility: Slim-Fit full-length dividers are compatible with all Mallard wheeled carton flow rack products, including Dyna-Flo, Dyna-Flo HD (heavy-duty), and Dyna-Deck replacement tracks.

Secure Fit: Custom locking device prevents holders from over-rotating.
