HiFi in Japan Audio Club Hibiki Nagoya Japanese Sound System Quest

While I was in Japan, went on, The Quest defined sound systems and audio electronics. In the 70s through the 90s Japan was one of the greatest producers of high Fidelity audio equipment. I have a friend who studied abroad for his college exchange program in Osaka Japan. He sent me back numerous pictures of hi-fi shops that he visited him. I had put it on my bucket list to visit some of those shops for myself to see and hear the equipment in real time. I was sad to find that most of the hi-fi shops from those days Had been replaced by anime shops for people who are into collecting figurines of their favorite cartoon action characters. As much as I can appreciate the passion for that hobby, I don’t share that interest, so it made me very sad to not be able to find all of the sound shops, so after much searching, I did find a few high-quality shops, nestled in the shopping districts. This is one of them Audio Club Hibiki. I was so excited to find their shop that I wanted to celebrate after all it was a very long trip from the United States to Japan. I have plans to go back, but this time I will have a more strategic plan for which shops to visit and where they are far ahead of time. As I learned, not everywhere posted on the Internet is still in business you need to contact ahead of time before traveling. Overall visiting Audio Club Hibiki was a treat, having my brother in law there to translate Japanese to English was very helpful, and we had a great time there.
