🇻🇨St Vincent Turkey Boileen

Boileen is provision and dumpling cook down with any meat of your choice. Provision can be banana, eddos, tania, sweet potatoes, dasheen, cassava, breadfruit, english potatoes.

I added my green seasoning I made to this turkey, a dash of tumeric, all spice, and paprika.
Dumpling
1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour (half cup by the size in case you need it)
3/4 cups of grated coconut
A dash of salt

4 green bananas
2 medium size sweet potatoes
1 carrots
7.5-8 cups of water
