Sometimes we need to take a few moments to clear our mind. In the midst of a very busy season in life and at work, I took some time to explore some trails not too far from my new home. I filmed most of this for a work project but took some time to be intentional by enjoying my surroundings and clearing my thoughts.

Filmed in the challenging in-between season right after the explosion of fall colors but before the beauty of snowfall. Just myself, my camera and a 25º hike.
