Step 1: Prepare the Fish (0:15)

“First, wash and clean your tilapia fish — make sure it’s nice and fresh!”

“In a bowl, mix together:
• 1/3 cup chopped parsley, dill

• 1/2 teaspoon cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• And salt to taste.”

“Mix that well — this will be our flavorful herb filling.”

“Now, season your tilapia on both sides with a little salt and cumin. Then, stuff the parsley mixture inside the fish.”

“Cover it and place it in the fridge for about 1 hour to let all those flavors soak in.”

Step 2: Prepare the Vegetables (1:20)

“While the fish rests, let’s prep the veggies!”

“Slice:
• 1/2 onion
• 500 grams of potatoes
• 1/3 each of green and red bell pepper.”

“Add them to a baking tray and season with:
• 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
• 1/2 teaspoon Italian spices
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• And 1 cup of water.”

“Mix everything together, then place your marinated fish on top.”

“Cover with baking parchment, then wrap with foil. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.”

🥣 Step 3: Make the Tahini Sauce (2:30)

“In the meantime, let’s make a creamy tahini sauce.”

“In a bowl, combine:
• 3 tablespoons tahini
• 75 ml warm water
• Salt, cumin, and black pepper to taste.”

“Mix, then add juice of half a lemon and 1 tablespoon olive oil.”

“Finally, add 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh garlic. Stir well — smooth and delicious!”

🍏 Step 4: Make the Apple Salad (3:20)

“For a fresh side, let’s make a simple apple salad.”

“Chop:
• 1/2 American cucumber
• 1/2 apple
• 1/3 red pepper.”

“Add:
• 1 tablespoon dry mint
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste.”

Mix it all together — light and refreshing!”

Step 5: Final Bake & Serve (4:00)

“After 30 minutes, remove the foil and parchment, then increase the oven to 400°F (200°C).”

“Bake again until the fish turns golden and beautiful — about 10 minutes.”

“Let it cool slightly before serving.”
