Directly Control Your Yamaha THR with the Airstep LITE -- No App Required!

!ATTENTION! Airstep and Yamaha THR users, you can now directly control your THR without the THR Remote App! Just follow these simple steps in the video and you can be controlling your THR to your heart’s content.

Step 1: Update your THR Firmware. (How to update your Yamaha THR Firmware video)

Step 2: Download the Airstep Updater App

Step 3: Hold down button D on the Airstep while powering the Airstep on.

Step 4: Connect the Airstep to your device inside the Airstep Updater App.

Step 5: Load the THR test firmware (20210904) and let the update complete.

Step 6: Turn your THR off, then back on. Watch the magic happen.

***Remeber: there are 3 different modes. Check my other video for a detailed description of this. Toggle between the 3 different modes using the function button on the Airstep. Then, turn your THR off then back on to engage the new mode. Now you’re turning off and on your effects like a champ!
