Eomer, Marshal of the Riddermark, Painting Tutorial

"What business does an Elf, a Man and a Dwarf have in the Riddermark?!"

Today we bring you a painting guide for a truly stunning new sculpt of a staple hero to grace many a Rohan army list, Eomer, Marshal of the Riddermark. Once exiled from the Kingdom of Rohan, he returned and fought to help liberate Rohan from the clutches of Saruman and later journeyed with his kin to Pelennor and to the Black Gate to stand up for the freedom of Middle Earth.

This tutorial is a bit longer than we're usually accustomed to on the channel purely because the sculpt is so intricate and so detailed that we had to make sure as many bases were covered for you when it comes to painting this yourself.

The sculpt itself comes with a variety of customisation options, we outfitted ours with spear and helmet to best capture his iconic appearance from the films.

We use a rich palette of various new colours shown to you step by step to try and bring as much character as possible to this model as well as broadening our tutorials on different breeds of horses and the variety of colours you can paint them to bring variation to your armies.

Our next painting tutorial will either be Theoden on horse from the Warg Attack set or we will be getting started on our Quest of the Ringbearer preparation series, we haven't decided yet but lots of good things to look forward to nonetheless!
