These videos are using the MIDY System (the COOL Solution), to bond Habasit MAT 02H material. There are two videos.
Video #1 (13:02 minutes), shows the bonding process, starting with prepping the tape/belting material, to clamping it in bonding plate. It is stopped during the 10 minute bonding time.
Video #2 (1:39 minutes), shows after the 10 minute bonding time, the MIDY jig removal, sanding/finishing, tightening idler's to tension, putting equipment back in service. All done in 30 to 45 minutes total. Have a blessed day!
