Marijuana in the Torah?

One wouldn't think that there would be a reference to Marijuana in a book as holy as the Torah. However there are some commentaries that suggest one of the holiest rituals in the Torah utilizes the substance. What does this say about Judaism's perspective on Marijuana use?
