Console Sports Games of 1993 - NFL Football Trivia Challenge

Released on the Sega CD in 1993, NFL Football Trivia Challenge is a licenced trivia game developed and published by Capitol Disc Interactive. The game plays out like a real game of football with players gaining yardage when answering questions correctly and losing downs when answering wrongly.

Each game has 60 questions for up to 2 players, with 1500 questions available in the game to challenge you, as in football the winner is the one with the most points scored after all questions are asked.

Following the game's release in 1993 a port of the game was released for the CD-i in 1994, this port would be published by Philips Interactive Media. One more entry in this series would be developed, NFL Football Trivia Challenge '94-'95 Edition would be released in 1995, this entry in the series would be exclusive to the CD-i.
