Recipe for Low Carb Waffles: (Makes approx 6)

36g almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 tablespoon sweetener
Cinnamon
Mix the above ingredients together
Then add
2 eggs
Vanilla extract (optional)
57g soft cream cheese
Blend everything together
Add 2 or 3 tablespoons at a time to the waffle maker and cook for 2 mins
Repeat until all the batter has been used
Enjoy! :-)
