Access to the Corporate Account Portal is included in all standard and custom corporate accounts.

It's a powerful way to manage your employee database, review your account information, and access usage statistics and service invoices.

The account administrator logs in to the portal with the corporate account username and password received via email from ABUKAI.

In the account information tab, customer contact information and customization options can be reviewed. Also the administrator can request to add additional seats or customizations.

In the "edit employees" tab, the administrator can assign employees to the account seats, with their email, name and other information such as their manager, employee ID, location or unit.

These details enable employees to access ABUKAI, and assist in generating the expense reports.

The usage statistics tab allows the administrator to review account usage as well as the accounts' return-on-investment, based on employee time-savings.

Finally, the invoice & billing tab enables the administrator to review any outstanding invoices from ABUKAI.
