"I'm very fortunate to be married to my favorite musical partner. However, there have been times I've had to tour without her in order to keep the bills paid (or at least get close). 7000 Miles is a song I wrote towards the end of two long, lonely trips. I anticipated driving over the pass, feeling the air get dry and cool, and rounding the final curve of the driveway to get to our little house. It's always good to come home."
