For documentation purposes. Purchased accessories (control and power adapter) for the two ACTON electric skateboards I have. Received the wireless controller after a month since placing the order, had my order "completed," and still missing the power adapter. ACTON has been difficult to communicate with the entire time via email. Phone calls were attempted numerous times but never went through. This is for documentation purposes.

The screenshots are explained as follows:
1) Proof of ownership of 2 different ACTON electric skateboards
2) Receipt and date of purchase of accessories: controller + adapter
3) Email conversation attempts with ACTON and dates
4) The end and date of the email conversation from ACTON telling me the order is shipped with USPS tracking number
5) Showing USPS tracking number has been delivered on USPS site
6) Showing another email from ACTON with title saying the order is "complete"
