Today I wanted to show you guys my haul I got at the dollar store! I wanted to find healthy dinner food, healthy breakfast food, and healthy easy lunch food and lunch ideas. We used to shop here more often when we were first married, and the food now is surprisingly ripe and affordable!

I got farm fresh eggs, strawberries, cherry tomatoes, blackberries, cauliflower, a bag of jalapenos, a bag of carrot chips, artichokes, 2 portobello mushrooms, apple pears, a bag of long grain brown rice, a bag of grapes, baby spinach, bananas, apples, and squash.

I feel like if you have the budget, choosing organic is the way to go! But if you don't have the budget, buying produce is more important than buying organic. That's my opinion!

Eating produce is so much better than eating "fruit infused" food. I try to eat a large amount of healthy greens with meals, along with fruit and other veggies. Hope you guys liked this healthy grocery haul!
