What a fun couple of months it's been! This marks our first fall sports season with a bigger team and an expanded lineup of products than ever before. 🚀 Here are a few things we have learned along the way!

🤝 Lesson #1: Teamwork is everything! There's no "I" in team, folks! When we communicate and work together towards a common goal, positive collaboration turns challenges into opportunities.

🧩 Lesson #2: No product is perfect, and that's okay! We will have issues, some that we can learn from and avoid in the future and some that are entirely out of our control; either way, we have learned the importance of keeping a level head and trusting our team and the process.

🎉 Lesson #3: Celebrate the wins! Getting pulled down by issues or concerns is easy, but sharing successes and appreciation for teammates goes a long way. Part of that has also been ensuring we don't forget about all we have accomplished these past 12 months.

Here's to an exciting fall season filled with growth, teamwork, and lots of wins (both on and off the field/court)!
