After nearly 14 months, I finally levelled to 104! Now to level to 105, I have to gather 1.75 billion exp! It takes less exp to level a new character from 1 all the way to 103! Apart from that, I now also have all the armour pieces for r9 third cast. This allowed me to finally break 10k hp unbuffed! This is quite a landmark/milestone in my pwi endeavours xD

Of course, there are still list of things to work on, like third cast weapon, jades, and refines. It seems far-fetched but still it's within reach, so I'm aiming for it!

We been seeking out for more difficult fights in Nation Wars, seeking out for odds of 1:2 or worse. It is certainly a challenge that both benefits ourselves and our nation. We have been mostly successful so far, but still, I'm sure we have room for improvements that can make us even more efficient. Two major problems that we currently face is the fact that our squad members randomly DC or get sent back to base for no reason. This greatly hinders our advances and makes the experience less entertaining. Try as we may, often our presence is simply too insignificant in determining a Nation's outcome. It is rather unfortunate, but it doesn't stop us from doing our best!

More and more rank 9 third casts appear day by day. It is rather unfortunate though, since third cast gears makes this game extremely fast paced. The problem with third cast is that the gears doesn't scale as well as the weapons do. In order to survive a +12 third cast weapon, you would practically need every single piece of armour +12 as well. With the introduction of purify proc, this must be done. You can no longer stun lock arcanes and get away with lesser armour. You must have the armour to match up to their weapons since they can randomly break out of your lock and proceed to 1 shot you otherwise. For this reason, I find that pvping unbuffed has become much less entertaining as people are much more prone to getting 1 shot. While I believe that Nation Wars itself is perhaps one of the best event that PWI has ever created, I personally dislike the idea of third cast gears on its own. Eventually I'd get third cast as well, but I do hope that maybe something will change about the way third cast functions.

The third cast armour I have right now is extremely powerful just by itself. Compared to first cast rank 9, it gave me an increase of 10% in crit rate, 2k in hp and increased my damage to that of a +12 daggers. I would say that third cast is definitely a higher tier completely on its own. It helps a lot in taking down targets as well as boosting survival.

I am currently working on refines for my armour. I am debating whether or not I should upgrade my weapon to third cast or to shard first. One of the reason to shard first is because I dislike how the weapon looks :P The other reason is due to purify proc and the much higher demand to tank your opponent's damage as opposed to simply locking them down.

Despite all of that however, everything else has been going well! I look forward to completing my gears and goals and I am expecting many more challenges ahead of us all!
