Invigorated by a double boss victory, Demo adventures on to the Swamp of Sorrow, at the base of the Valley of Defilement. The putrid murky water squelches as Demo moves down a thin ledge to enter the cavern, a torch barely enough to light the way. The swamp opens up to small tiny isles, each holding a barrage of enemies waiting with poison and plagues to wear down Demo’s defenses. However, nothing wears down a streamer’s defenses like a good ole redeem and chat sees Demo’s soul leave his body. Back to the swamp, Demo’s soul also leaves his in-game body on several occasions, leading to a small Demo rant as he battles through the slog once again. Turns out, there’s a lot of sorrow to be had in the Swamp of Sorrow, but Demo vows to fight through.
