02:05 - After some background, going over the first method using just your body. Lots of attention to form, but also some technique if you find yourself on a "side" of the boulder that's hard to roll.
07:08 - Going over the second method using an iron pry bar, a poking stick, and various helper rocks. Some rocks that act as the fulcrum, and some as propping wedges.
