Spend the day with me practicing slow living habits. (:

Cultivating slow living habits, meaning, being more present, tuning into my intuition, and creating more peace inside of myself that I can ground into when life feels chaotic and stressful, has been pure medicine for my anxiety.

It's days like today where I set the intention to be more in my body than my mind and reflect on and appreciate the season that I'm currently in. I felt like I needed a day where I get to do things that I just really wanted to do alongside holding that intention - i'm painting a white textured canvas, baking vegan chocolate chip cookies with freeze-dried strawberries, journaling, and sharing some exciting news about my upcoming trip. (:
