A five-month-old baby girl has died and a five-year-old child is in serious condition after being struck by a car in the Minto Mall car park in Sydney's south-west. The incident occurred when a 35-year-old female driver lost control of her vehicle, with the rear of the car striking the baby's pram and crushing both children between two vehicles. Emergency services including police, paramedics and a rescue helicopter responded to the scene at 3:30pm, with the baby dying at the scene despite CPR attempts and the five-year-old being taken to Westmead Children's Hospital.
