This video was prepared from podcasts automatically generated using NotebookLM based upon the contents of my recently updated paper on spacetime branching during black hole formation.

This is the third paper in a series in which I aim insha'Allah to derive the entire standard model of physics from first principles from Einstein's general theory of relativity.

This work was originally presented as a plenary talk at the 1st PU International Conference on Gravitation on Cosmology in January 2019, and also at the Abdus Salam School of Mathematical Sciences in Lahore.

This is the abstract of the paper:

"We prove that formation of Schwarzschild or Kerr black holes respectively via spherically or axially symmetric gravitational collapse must be accompanied by a branching of spacetime at the event horizon that physically separates matter in the interior from that of the exterior. Any matter subsequently crossing the event horizon falls into the branch containing the singularity, but this is not the branch that contains the matter originally responsible for the collapse. For both cases we derive the metric for the `inverted' black hole that simultaneously forms on the exterior of the previously overlooked branch and find that the geometry there tends to mirror the complexity of the branch containing the original black hole. Classical black holes are therefore stable objects that neither increase in mass nor radiate once they have formed."

I used HeyGen to generate the videos of the avatars, CapCut to collate and edit the audio podcasts and generate the generate the split screen vodcast and initial English/Arabic bilingual captions, and finally Google translate to check, correct and enhance the Arabic translation.
