INGREDIENTS:-

FOR PRESSURE COOKING:-
500g Mutton Pieces
1 cup water
1/2 Tsp Salt

FOR CHICKEN MARINATION:-
Pressure Cooked Mutton Pieces
1/4 Cup Fresh Dahi / Curd
1 Tsp Safed Mirch / White Pepper Powder

FOR ONION CASHEW PASTE:-
2 Tsp Desi Ghee / Clarified Butter
2 Medium Size Onion (Sliced)
3-4 Green Chilies (Roughly Cut)
15 Kaju / Cashews Nut
1 Tbsp Khus Khus / Poppyseeds
3 Tbsp Water Or As Required

FOR GRAVY:-
1/4 Cup Desi Ghee / Clarified Butter
1 Inch Dalchini / Cinnamon Stick
3 Hari Elachi / Green Cardamoms
3-4 Laung / Cloves
4-5 Kali Mirch / Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Tsp Salt Or Salt To Taste
1 Tsp Jeera / Cumin Powder
1 Tsp Safed Mirch / White Pepper Powder
1 Tsp Dhania / Coriander Powder
1/4 Jaiphal / Nutmeg Powder
1/4 Cup Fresh Dahi / Curd
1/2 Cup Fresh Malai Or Cream
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
1 Tbsp Roasted Kasuri Methi Powder
