INGREDIENTS:
2 big tilapias (1200g)
4-6 ripe plantains

The Dry Rub:
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1 full tsp paprika powder
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 - 1 tsp of onion powder

The Hot Pepper Sauce:
100g Habanero peppers
100g Red bell pepper (medium-large size)
60g onion 🧅
1 large garlic clove
1/4 tsp thyme
5g vegetable stock cube
Salt to taste (1/2 tsp)
