Healing from past pain and trauma is available. If you love, care for, and heal the child within you, a younger version of yourself that experienced pain, it can positively impact your current self and your future.

Some believe time is a human construct that doesn’t really exist on a linear continuum as you might think. Therefore, if you offer unconditional love and safety to your younger self now, that child is receiving the positive energy when they need it most. This means you can heal past traumas to positively impact your current experience. Whether you understand and believe this about time or not, this practice offers profound healing potential.

Consider all that might have been positively changed if you received all the confidence and self-worth building love, attention, security, and safety you craved as a child.

Today, I will guide you to make room in your heart for your inner child so that you can always look after them, love them, and keep them safe. Because you will hold them in your heart, you can show them they are good enough, special, worthy of all their desires and that they matter in this world.
