Wir setzen dabei auf zwei leistungsstarke 2K-Methylmethacrylatkleber (MMA):

✅ MD-Megabond 2000
• Topfzeit ca. 5 Minuten – perfekt, wenn’s schnell gehen muss
• Handhabungsfest nach ca. 20 Minuten, belastbar nach 2 Stunden
• Zugscherfestigkeit ca. 20 MPa, Shore-D-Härte 80
• Ideal für Reparaturen, die zügig abgeschlossen sein sollen

✅ MD-Megabond 2030
• Topfzeit ca. 10 Minuten
• Handhabungsfest nach ca. 1 h, voll belastbar nach 8 Stunden
• Zugscherfestigkeit bis zu 25 MPa, Shore-D-Härte 85
• Optimal für größere Flächen oder besonders beanspruchte Klebestellen

Gemischt werden die beiden Komponenten direkt über ein statisches Mischrohr (Zwangsmischer) und präzise aufgetragen mit einer Dosierpistole. So entsteht eine gleichmäßig durchmischte, blasenfreie Verbindung. Für zusätzliche Stabilität setzen wir ein Glasgewebe ein, das die Klebestelle verstärkt und für eine besonders hohe Schlagzähigkeit sorgt.

So wird die Reparatur nicht nur dicht, sondern auch dauerhaft stabil – ohne großen Aufwand und ohne gleich ein neues Teil kaufen zu müssen.

Zum Verkleben von Metallen, Keramik, Glas, Stein und vielen harten Kunststoffen wie ABS, Polystyrol, PVC, Plexiglas®, GFK etc., sowie 3D Druckmaterialien wie PLA (Polylactid Acid), PETG (Polyethylenglykol-Terephthalat) etc.

We rely on two powerful 2K Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) adhesives:

✅ *MD-Megabond 2000*
• Pot life: approx. 5 minutes – perfect for when you need to work fast
• Handling strength after approx. 20 minutes, load-bearing after 2 hours
• Tensile shear strength: approx. 20 MPa, Shore-D hardness: 80
• Ideal for repairs that need to be completed quickly

✅ *MD-Megabond 2030*
• Pot life: approx. 10 minutes
• Handling strength after approx. 1 hour, fully load-bearing after 8 hours
• Tensile shear strength: up to 25 MPa, Shore-D hardness: 85
• Optimal for larger areas or particularly stressed bonding points

The two components are mixed directly through a static mixing tube (forced mixer) and applied precisely using a dispensing gun. This creates a uniformly mixed, bubble-free bond. For added stability, we use a fiberglass mat to reinforce the bond and provide exceptionally high impact resistance.

This way, the repair is not only leak-proof but also permanently stable – with little effort and without the need to buy a new part right away.

Suitable for bonding metals, ceramics, glass, stone, and many hard plastics such as ABS, polystyrene, PVC, Plexiglas®, GRP, etc., as well as 3D printing materials like PLA (Polylactic Acid), PETG (Polyethylene Glycol Terephthalate), etc.
