Biden wraps up Vietnam visit following G20 summit

In the hopes of strengthening relations with the U.S., President Joe Biden visited Vietnam after the G20 summit in India. Washington sees Hanoi as an important partner in the effort to counter China’s claims in the South China Sea, a waterway through which trillions of dollars in trade flows each year.
