I know you are sometimes confused to recognize gerund and participle. Because both topics show "base form of verb + ing ". But their uses and functions are different. So in this video I am describing a very simple and easy trick to differentiate them.

(Gerund Vs Present Participle)
Gerund - V1+ing (as a noun)
Present Participle -V1+ing(as an adjective)
