This one’s inspired by @donalskehan and I don’t have words to describe how delicious it was. 🥰

The white wine brings together the sauce beautifully and adds so much flavour!🍷

TIPS -

🍝 While caramelising the onions, make sure they don’t burn. Start from high heat, sauté them and then eventually keep the flame low-medium. Let them cook for around 12-15 minutes.

🍝 I’ve used 100 ml white wine here, but you can replace it with 50 ml apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar. If you’re not a fan of White wine, then you can use 50 ml white wine instead of 100.

🍝 Alsoo, while cooking the mushrooms, don’t mix them again and again. Mix only once or twice. Let them cook on high heat till the water dries out & they turn slightly golden brown.

🍝 For the sauce I’ve used Amul cream.
