In this video, I share my personal c-section birth plan (which I call my c-section birth wish list, offering valuable c-section tips from the perspective of a labor and delivery nurse.

If you're planning a cesarean section OR you simply want to be more prepared for your childbirth in case it develops into an emergency c-section or maybe you just want to know more about the c-section delivery process, I cover essential birth plan tips and birth plan items including:

The one thing I didn't put on there that I would ALSO include is choosing sutures over staples. People always ask me why - just personal preference reallly! And...one less appointment because sutures dissolve after a c-section and staples need to be removed during your c-section recovery. Neither is better!
