In Operation
On site, the LJ-130 receives raw blasted rock via a heavy-duty vibrating feeder with integrated pre-screen, which efficiently removes fines and ensures consistent feed into the jaw chamber. The hydrostatic drive system allows the crusher to be reversed, clearing blockages quickly and safely.

Crushed material is discharged onto a high-capacity main conveyor, feeding directly into a secondary cone crusher or stockpile area. The plant’s powerful crushing action and aggressive nip angle deliver excellent reduction ratios and high throughput—often exceeding 600 TPH, depending on feed conditions.
