It's summer which means it's time to hit the links again in Mario Golf...but this time on the smaller screen! We're taking a look a the Game Boy Color version of the game this time, which...is actually kind of a different game compared to its N64 counterpart. While the golfing mechanics stay the same, this handheld version introduces a bit of an RPG style to the mix with characters that you can actually influence the stats of. So, let's see if we can be the champion of this golfing world and some day take on Mario!

This LP will mostly be focusing on the Story Mode of the game, but I will potentially feature some extra content in the form of the N64 Transfer Pak, which will allow you to bring your characters in this game over to the N64 Mario Golf for some more golfing action. I will of course be focusing on that after the main game is over.

In this first part, we start the project and the story, as well as do some training drills. We'll do our first actual bit of golfing tomorrow when we take on our very first tournament! Can Joe/Slim make it to the top?
