I headed for a climbing session with Louis Parkinson, head coach at ‪@CatalystClimbing‬

Over the course of an afternoon at Yonder climbing gym, Louis attempted to transform me from a hesitant, static climber into a powerful and dynamic and bouncy boulderer. It was an absolute pleasure to be coached by Louis - his attention to detail and endless psyche for climbing was incredible and I learned so much about climbing technique and my approach to bouldering.
