Ingredients for bajra(black Millett)na chamchamiya
1 cup bajre(black Millett)ka aata
1 cup coriander(hara dganiya) leaves (finely chopped)
1/2 cup green garlic(hara lasoon) finely chopped
1/2 cup curd (dahi)
2 tablespoon til(sesame seeds)
1 inch ginger(adarak)coarsely crushed
4-5 green chillies (hari mirch)coarsely crushed
salt to taste
1& 1/2 tablespoon oil

METHOD
step 1 take a mixing bowl and add bajre ka aata, dhaniya patti (coriander leaves) and chopped green garlic(hara lasun), curd(dahi) add a little water approximately 1/3rd cup and mix everything with a spatula or spoon.
step 2 now add 1 and half spoon sesame seeds (keep aside the left over 1/2 tablespoonof sesameseeds) and salt to taste and more water to the mixture and mix well.
note :- I had to use a little more than 1/2 cup of water to the whole mixture.
step 3 now your batter is ready, heat and greece a pan with oil and pour the chamchamiya batter to give it your desire size.
step 4 let it cook on low flame for 30 to 40 seconds on 1 side now sprinkle a few sesame seeds on the uncooked side of the chamchamiya and flip it.
step 5 let it cook on low flame on the other side for more 40 to 50 seconds more and it is ready to be served.
step 6 serve it hot with curd and green tomato chutney. , it can be had with tomato ketchup or tea.
