As someone who successfully earned a role and participated in Disney's CEP in 2023, I decided to sit down and share what I experienced in the process, as well as some information & tips I think would be helpful to know as an applicant. The information shared in this video is based off of my personal experiences during my 2023 CEP onboarding process, all perspectives are from a Canadian program lens, and some onboarding processes may not accurately reflect what is to come in the upcoming 2024 Disney CEP.
