1 whole banana (if not)
1/2 cup oats (your preference)
1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp peanut butter
I added about 7 cups of almond milk
1/4 cup flax seeds

Along with a healthy snack of thin stackers organic red rice & brown rice with quinoa (salt free)
Rice cakes
