After years of trying to be a great developer I had my views on what that is.
After years of trying to manage and find great developers, my views have evolved.
Now I would like to share my thought to you, whether you are a developer trying to find the right path and priorities, or whether you are depended upon to make the right choice in finding one.
We might not agree on everything, but I am sure I will make you think differently on what really matters.
