This one is dedicated to hardcore RB fans! The song was an outtake from WDWTWA and if I'm not mistaken it first came out as part of the "Powerhouse" compilation album around 1977 or so. At least that's when I first heard it and fell in love with it.
Blackmore's tasteful slide work with Deep Purple and Rainbow is often overlooked and I think this is a great example of the beautiful music he created with it during those years.

Amp has the Marshall factory mods made at Blackmore's request around '69/'70. The DP-MK2 treble booster is built around the Hornby Skewes unit that Blackmore used back then, plus the mods done to it. This is the same setup that I'm confident was used all through his MKII period, live and studio.

Slate says No EQ but it has a little in some sections as needed. Backing track extracted with Riffstation (RIP).
