Hopewell Cave; an intriguing location and suspected burial ground in Appalachia. Sometime after The Great War, the Brotherhood of Steel repurposed the cave as The Hopewell Sanctuary for all who needed shelter and protection.

To this day, it is unknown as to what happened within The Hopewell Sanctuary.

Overgrown, deserted, and ruined - some furnishings remain as a reminder of life in the cave.

This was built entirely in a custom world, with relaxed build restrictions and free placement.
