Ingredients to boil the chicken gizzard
2 stalks lemongrass
1/2 tsp peppercorn
3 cloves garlic
2 cups of water

Ingredients:
5 cloves garlic
1 medium-sized Onion
300g chicken liver
500g pre-cooked chicken gizzard
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
3 pcs dried bay leaves
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tsp cornstarch slurry
40pcs quail eggs
