Easy tutorial on how to destroy objects just with your fist in VR in unreal engine.

Create new project, then go to plugins and enable apex destruction, restart editor.
After that choose what mesh you want to destroy, right click and create destructible mesh.
In apex editor make sure that you enable enable impact damage.
Then I would create new blueprint and add your new made destructible mesh.
Create event on component fracture and after that add sound or radial impulse.
Also do not scale non uniformly your mesh, it will create glitches with physics.
