Political Party Funding in South Africa: New Era for Transparency?

South Africa's Political Party Funding Act (PPFA) comes into force in April 2021. What will this mean for South Africa's political landscape? What are the act's virtues, limitations and implications? In this video, I answer all these questions and more.
