Starting from Warm up & Pushups

Bench Press Go Heavy 3 to 4 Sets
12x10 reps until failure

Inclined Bench press Go Heavy 3 Sets
12x10 reps until failure

Dumbbell Flat presses Go Heavy 3 Sets
12x10 reps until failure

Inclined Dumbbell presses Go Heavy 3 to 4
Sets 12x10 reps until failure

Chest Machine 3 sets
until failure

Cable fly 12x15 until failure

No time Pass
after every reps 2 minutes Rest

Maximum 40 to 45 minutes enough for Workout🏋🚴💪
