I think everyone at least once in their life was in a situation when you copy a text from the webpage and when you paste it into the Word doc it has that annoying background color. So, today we will learn how to get rid of it.
Open the document you need to fix. Select the text and click on 'Highlight color' under 'Font' category. Select 'No color'.
If this does not help, select the text you need. Open your web browser and go to Google Translate. Paste your text. Select it again and copy. When you paste to your Word document now, it won’t have any background fill.
If this does not help, select whole text. Click on 'Clear Formatting' under 'Font' category. It will not only remove the fill but also change the font.
