NHK News Museum (NHK Museum of Broadcasting)

Описание к видео NHK News Museum (NHK Museum of Broadcasting)

The Broadcasting Museum is located at the top of Mt. Atago, the highest peak in Tokyo's 23 wards.
Until Tokyo Tower was completed in 1958, there was a transmitting station for NHK TV at this location.

The altitude of Mt. Atago is only 25.7 meters.
However, the stairs are steep and climbing requires a certain amount of physical strength.
There is also a free parking space for visitors (about 6 spaces), so you can also visit the museum by car.

Admission is free.
All the exhibits are worth seeing.
When I look at the photographic equipment that was present at that historical moment, the emotion I felt at that moment comes back to me.

Inside the building
It was OK to take pictures of items other than the footage shown.
There are no restaurants or shops.

The retro Broadcasting Museum is located on the summit of Mt. Atago, surrounded by futuristic high-rise buildings in the middle of Tokyo.
We recommend that you visit at least once.
