Taking the stairs to the Eiffel tower: all 674 steps!

An unforgetable experience awaited us when took the stairs to the Eiffel tower and all 674 steps to the second floor of this tallest building in France and the most popular landmark of the whole world! We weren't planning to take the stairs but when we were halfway down the queue, my husband then realized that we were not in line for the elevator climb. It was worth all the sweat and the catching of one's breath! Our boys were equally challenged but they had more energy of course!
