Obviously, it's easier to do each objective separately.
For the 6 hidden Mafia in Bird Sanctuary, the targeting system is again your enemy. For your sanity, don't do this together with the 1 hit hero challenge. The time stop hat helps to create distance from Elvis birds. The three birds in 4:15 need to be lured away from the volatile egg. Don't leave the final volatile egg to chance; guide the Elvis bird to push it off in a way that doesn't blow any birds up (e.g. using the approach shown). The area accessed with the ice hat is particularly annoying, as there's a bunch of crows together with an Elvis bird that makes it easy to get pushed or to mistarget.
In the Rift Collapse, jumping off in the penultimate area saves a bunch of time. Magnet and Scooter badges help as usual.
The Camera Tourist challenge is fairly self-explanatory; shown in the video is one of the areas where 3 different enemy types can appear close together.
There are two major shortcuts shown in the Wound-Up Windmill - the jump in 22:06 and climbing onto the wooden bar in 23:30. This saves having to go outside in both cases - those sections aren't too dangerous but doing it all under 4 minutes without hats will make it close. Ignore the crows in 22:15 by doing a series of wallruns and jumps on the far wall. Visual cues are very important in this challenge.
As Snatcher's hint says, jumping off in The Illness Has Speedrun will get you back to the start of a zone and saves a whole lot of time. I saved the lava section for last as the time spent on the flags seemed to be the longest of the three sections.
