They Might Be Giants - Bill Krauss Demos

This bootleg was a compilation of various demos ranging from 1984 to 1988, all recorded by They Might Be Giants with the help of Bill Krauss. Krauss created this tape and sent it to Myke Weiskopf as a birthday gift with the tape containing two sides, the second side was a soundboard recording of the band's New Year's Eve show at the Gusto House in 1987.

This tape contains three special demos that are entirely exclusive to this bootleg release, those being a special 1984 demo of Puppet Head, a faster demo of Youth Culture Killed My Dog and a 1988 demo of It's Not My Birthday most likely made during the Lincoln sessions.

Some of these recordings were pitch shifted higher or lower, but have now been shifted back to their original pitch, but one was originally sped up significantly on the tape, and that recording has been labelled as such on the tracklist.
